I have a WD-1600bb hard drive that stopped responding.  I ran WD's Lifeguard diagnostics and they gave me an 0134 error code (Drive Busy).  Is my drive dead?  

Disk Error

Storage devices include any device used for storing and retrieving digital information. Hard disk drives (HDDs) use one or more rigid ("hard") rapidly rotating disks (platters) coated with magnetic material.
