Exchange 2007 OWA Errors - 440 Login Timeout

I have just recently installed an Exchange 2007 Server into my domain which currently has one Exchange 2003 Server. The installation went fine and the two servers are functioning properly together. I have all of the neccessary connectors in place and mail routing is occurring. However, when I attemtp to access OWA to test a mailbox I have on the Exchange 2007 Server, I am receiving the 440 Login Timeout error on the page. I have tried to change the authentication options with no success. I have disabled FBA and re-enabled it performing the "iisreset /noforce" command after each change in IIS. I have also used the remove-OwaVirtualDirectory command and created a new-OwaVirtualDirectory with FBA turned on. I am out of ideas and need to bring OWA back only ASAP to go completely live with the new Exchange 2007 server. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Justin

Double check your OWA directories you may have to recreate these directories which generally means a reinstall it may be a good idea to recreate the OWA server once this is done you should be able to get it to work with the directories recreated etc.

Let me know how this goes we may be able to to walk through as well diable forms based access and try again to see if that helps.

I discovered that the 440 login timeout was due to a mismatch with the IWAM_ and IUSR_  account passwords. Once i reset them i was able to access the OWA 2007 login splash screen. However, when I attempt to login i am immediately taken to "404 Page Not Found' I have recreated the OWA (Defaul Web Site) and still no luck. ANy ideas would be great.

Thanks.
