Trying to use a RSG to recover a users mailbox using Exmerge. Export only needed.

I'm getting this error when using Exmerge.
The RSG Mailbox is mounted and I have added to permissions to the administrator to allow send and receive as well as keeping the inherited permissions intact. I've also repaired the backup db I used for the recovery. I also ready to verify the system attendant mailbox is there which it is.

I have also tried using the built in recover mailbox data feature in Exchange 2003 with this error:
The attempt to log on to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer has failed. The MAPI provider failed. Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store ID no: 8004011d-0512-00000000

I know this feature uses exmerge so I would imagine it's the same issue.

The error for exmerge is below.

My production database is up and running perfect. We had a user that was let go and we needed to check an old copy of our database which lickily I for some reason hada copy when I did some work to the database a week prior to the let go. I found out I can create a RSG and extract mail from the one user I need. Not all users from the RSG are in the production database and vice versa.
Are you running exmerge with a domain admin account?

By default domain admins have a deny permission on them?

Have you edited ESM so you can see the security tab?
http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/Registry/registry_hacks_exchange.htm
I've edited the security tab to allow admins to send and receive without using the reg change. I just made the reg change and reopened an it's no different. Do I need to change the permissions on the actual Exmerge file?
I just looked at the permissions of Exmerge and it's set full control for the admin so I'm not sure really what I need to change now?
The reg change allow you to see the Security TAB in ESM so you can look at the permissions that are on the Org etc....

On the machine you did the reg key, open and close esm then right click the Org and select the security tab...
Look at the denys and see who has them
sorry right click Org --> properties --> security tab
I gave Admins and Domain Admins full rights to every container I could open and still cannot copy the mailbox.
You only need to do it at the top since it inherts ...... but did you remove the default deny on sendas/recieveas
No I did not remove the default deny as I read on another post that if I added an allow that it would over ride the deny permission.
Anybody still helping me on this?
that is backwords... a deny overrides the allow
