This error occurs very intermittently. When it does, the printer is useless. Powering off/on sometimes results in either the unit working ok, or two rows of ***** in the LCD display with the printer not setting up. The formattor board and 615N nic were replaced two months ago for an EIO problem. At that time the nic was not being recognized by the printer as being installed. There are print jobs in the queue waiting to print with an error on the first one. &nbsp;It doesn't matter what type of document. &nbsp; The user sees a message something like &quot;EIO error&quot; in the display, the error log shows me the 49 0180 error. Any ideas?
