What is the best JPEG image encoder?
Hello!
For years I've used Photoshop (I now use CS2) to encode my JPEG images. I found that images made with Photoshop are usually larger in sizes.
I whant to know which software is the best to encore JPEG images and what is the best setting for size & quality?

lherrou: No I don't use this option... I use save as then I choose JPEG... I'll check "save for web"...
