Need to build a "Browse" button in a form to import a file in an access database
THis is crazy....
I am trying to do something that should be very simple.....
I want to add a "Browse" button to a MS access form That will allow a user of the form to select a file from any place on the hard drive or via a network share.
I can add the button but how do I get the explorer type window to come up and allow a user to sellect a file to import???
I think this should be built in to the access 2002 software.... but I cant find it anywhere
Remember you are talking to a complete novice at MS access and VB...
I need step by step instructions for this.....
Thanks ahead of time...
