Depends entirely on type of work you will be doing, and what overheads company has to cover.
Personal overheads in form of benefits, office space, equipment, software, etc.
Also company overheads, Administration/ billing/Marketing/Sales.
Typicaly expect payment to be around 25%, if above overheads are high, could drop as low as 20%, and even if very low is unlikely to ever go above 30%
If you feel you are worth higher payment, better to try and negotiate a higher billing rate for your time, rather than try to increase percentage you are paid. Much more likely to succeed, though you will need good justification for either case.

Depends on what agreement you have with your employer :)
Mine charges me out at ?95.00 an hour - I get about 20% of that and a further 10% if Ive earned more than ?5000.00 for my enployer in a calender month
