Home Folder, NTFS best practice

Hi Experts.

I need to set NTFS Primissions on my home folder share for domain users.
First i created the share \\server\share$
In Active Directory I have set my users holde folder (h:) to connect to \\server\share$\%username%
The idea is that let the system automaticly create home folders for my users. (have arround 1200 users how need personal home folders)
But what is best practise when we talk premissions on the root folder (\\server\share$)

My idea is setting Domains User to "Create Folder/Apped Data"
And setting "Creator Owner" to Read/Write/Edit
And of couse Adminstrators to full controll.

Okay.
I just dont like the idea off full control for users. Don't want they to play with acl and give other users access..
