I am running Office XP SP3 and Exchange 2003, My only recieve new emails when i change folders, create a new email or hit send and recieve. &nbsp;I am connected locally to the same network that the exchange server is on.<br />

&nbsp; Any informaito would be greatly appreciated.<br />
