Can I upgrade from Windows 2003 Standard w/sp2 to R2?
If so when can I download it?

It is a different version of 2003  (not just a service pack) so it isn't free.

Sorry forgot to include that RC2 requires a new license so would have to be purchased in order to do the upgrade.
Nope, 2 different releases
Think Win 98 and 98-SE
well, yes, if you want to buy it, of course you can upgrade  :)
