Does anyone have a reference similar to http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa171373(office.11).aspx for automating Open Office Writer and Open Office's spreadsheet program?

Look on http://udk.openoffice.org/common/man/tutorial/office_automation.html or http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=11854
