How to connect to an Outlook calendar with non-standard name

Shared Calendar Question:  My organization uses a shared public calendar to view appointments and events.  Others also share their personal calendars amongst themselves.  I have a small group of people that want to share a calendar, so I decided not to make it a public calendar.  I wanted to share this calendar from the account of the person heading up this group.

Rather than share "Jane Doe's" default calendar with personal appointments I made a new one on her account.  Here's my problem.  Everyone in our company uses Outlook 2003 - EXCEPT I have Outlook 2007.  I thought I'd be slick and set up the calendar by signing in as Jane on my computer.  I created the calendar, sent out the invitation for the share, and logged out.  I then logged in with my account, opened the invitation and opened the calendar.  No problem until...

When I go to the other (Outlook 2003) users with the shared permission they can't connect because the name of the calendar isn't "Jane Doe" (i.e. the name of the exchange account).  Is there a way for an Outlook 2003 user to connect to a shared calendar that is named other than another's user name?

I'm so sorry for not closing this item.  The group decided on an alternate plan and this became a moot point.
