Folder permissions

I have a folder with subfolders. I do not want anyone to be able to put files within the main folder but they could put files in any of the subfolders. How would I do this in the security settings? (MS Windows SBS2003)

give List Items right for everyone at the main folder and change, write, read permissions on the subfolders!
