Using ODP.net with asp.net

my oracle version is Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0 - Production
my reference to the ODp.net is (Oracle.Dataaccess) version 10.2.0.200 Runtime v1.0.3705

with above 2 in vs.net 2005 i cannot run my application i get an exeption
{"The type initializer for 'Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleConnection' threw an exception."}

when i click to add reference i also notice that i have another oracle.dataaccess with a different version. why is this so and how can i resolve this issue

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
