Flash not installed?  Automatically load a JPG instead.

If a user visits a site that has a Flash SWF, but they do not have Flash player installed, I want to automatically and seemlessly load a JPG to take the place of the SWF file.

In other words:  Users with Flash Player installed see the Flash, users that do not have Flash Player installed see a JPG that fits perfectly in place of the Flash.  They are never prompted to download Flash Player, there are no error messages -- it happens without their knowledge.

How can I accomplish this?

Thank you for your quick reply.  The information on ALA seems dated, and the end result didn't work.  After following the instructions the JPG did not load, and a huge prompt appeared asking me if I wanted to go to Adobe to download Flash.

    It should be noted:

I'm using the AC_FL_RunContent javascript workaround for IE for this Flash SWF.
