SBS 2003 fax server sending to multiple numbers

I'm using the Microsoft Small Business Server Fax Server to send faxes from our pcs.  I'm having an unusaul problem on ONE computer (XP Pro SP2).  When I fax from this computer the fax goes to the intended recipient(s), but it also sends to the fax machine in this office (different fax # than the fax server).  For example, if I were to send a fax to 30 different recipients using the fax wizard, each of the 30 recipients would get the fax with their name and number on the cover sheet.  However, I will also get all 30 of those faxes, with a different name and number on each one.  So, basically if I fax from this computer it sends the same fax to two numbers.  I've looked in the fax jobs console on the server while sending faxes and the only transmissions that show are the intended ones (I don't see my fax number in the outgoing jobs folder, just the one it's supposed to go to).

I hope this is a clear enough description.  Thanks in advance for help.

Have you tried to re-install the fax plug-in? Also, is their any other faxing programs on that computer that might also have a default to CC the other fax machine?

Thanks for the fast response chips, but that didn't fix it.  I do not see any other programs that would be CCing this fax and reinstalling the fax plug-in didn't help.  Any other ideas?

Out of curiousity if you log into another machine as that user and try to fax, does it still do the combo? If so, its something within the user account that has that fax number. If not, then its something on the computer that is copying the fax, and I would search the registry for your fax number and maybe its listed as a default somewhere

thanks for the suggestions chips, but none of that helped.  I searched the registry and found nothing and I only have the problem on this computer.  Anything else?

I seem to have resolved this problem.  The contacts we're faxing to come from the Outlook address book.  Changing the fax number in the address book to inclued 1, then the area code resolved the issue.  Thanks for your responses.
