I would like to create a control panel in windows xp. Currently I have to edit a csv file that feeds data to a program that i run. The control panel would then export the entered data to the csv file where it could then be fed into the program that I am running.
I have very little programming experience, so any guidance in how to accomplish this task would be greatly appreciated.
