Removing the last 2003 Exchange server from domain

We are in the final stages of removing one of our domains from the forest and I am down to my last 2003 Exchange server in that domain and routing group.  What needs to be done to correctly remove the last 2003 Exchange server from a domain and that routing group?  Is it as easy as just uninstalling Exchange from the server?  I've never had to remove a domain from a forest before so I'm not sure what to expect.
Thanks
Tom

Hi,

You need to make sure that everything has been rehomed etc before un-installing as this will not remove everything.

Thanks all, that is exactly what I was looking for.  I just joined this site and I have found answers to two of my questions almost immediately; this site is great.
