Dynamically populate textbox based on combo selection JDBC

I am using a Tomcat Server and Building JSPs alongwith mySQL database and JDBC connector for the database.

Now, in one of the JSPs, I have a combo box from which the user can select a value. The combobox values are the values of the primary key field of a table in the database.
ON the same jsp, there are multiple textboxes which contain the values of other fields of the same table.

Here is what i want to do:-
When i select a value from the combobox, then the corresponding record should be fetched from the database and the textbox fields should be populated with the corresponding values from the database.

Please help me

You need to submit page and bring the value from database.
If you want to do it without submitting form and user will not fill it, use AJAX.
