I need a dial-peer configuration for my cisco 2811 router as part of the SRST plan, I am using MGCP<br />

I have 1 fxo port 0/2/0 connected to a working phone line.<br />
<br />
I need a configuration that will allow IP phones to dial a local or long distance number through fxo when Call manager is down.<br />
Note: &nbsp;Phones are set to dial 9 for outside lines (when using call manager)<br />
<br />
I would also like to direct incoming calls (fxo) to a specific extension ie 310.<br />
