SQL Interpreter

Does anyone know of a good SQL interpreter, ie a program that has an interface
that allows you to specify what you want to do to what table then converts it into SQL.
Access does a pretty good job, but I need more.

but if you right click the table it will give you available script options

and the suggested software can lead your script

otherwise there is no software that can give you proactive scripting according to your thoughts

I find that out of the question
