Easiest way to find out through "Angry IP Scanner"

Download it from:
http://www.angryziber.com/ipscan/download.php

Run ipscan.exe -> Goto the "Options" Menu -> Options -> Click on 'Select scanned columns' button -> Move 'Group Name' field to 'Selected Columns' list. -> Click OK -> Click on 'Only Alive' Option -> Click on OK & Save Button.

Add your Network IP range like 172.16.96.1 to 172.16.96.254 Click on Start
It will give you list of online hosts. Sort this list by "Group Name"  Now check for "User Name" that has 'Administrator' in it and does not have your domain name in "Group Name" column

Hope this helps!
