if disk space is an issue maybe an external HDD would be the solution - you need write permissions to read a pst so burning to disk wouldnt help.

You have basicly said what i thought, there is no easy way of doing this, i will have to make copies available offline and also a backup solution.<br />

I haver a user who was 7 pst files which have a combined limited of roughly 10gb.<br />
This particular user needs to have access to the pst files even when offline.<br />
Can anyone suggest a better way than having pst offline?<br />

I cant and and i just want to know of any other way.<br />

This particular user needs to have access to the pst files even when offline.
Can anyone suggest a better way than having pst offline?
