aida - hotmail made some changes recently so if you sent email to their users, you need to be 'approved'.  If you're sending through Exchange - are you sending directly, or are you using SMTP connector through your ISP? you might want to try the latter to give youself a better smtp 'reputation'

aida; Can you use SMTP connector and use the SMTP server of your ISP and test that?

ok - if you go into ESM - into Connectors - Rightclick - new SMTP Connector: choose the radio button for 'forward all email through this connector to the following smart-host' -- put in your ISPs smtp server.

you also need to ADD your server as a local bridgehead.

give that a try?
