My pc has been infected by Trojan.Vundo

Hello experts,

I am working under Windows XP. Norton Antivirus detected that it has been infected by Trojan.Vundo (probably b version). According to Norton, I must make a backup of my Windows registry before trying to resolve the infection. How do I do that? I f you have any other advices, they will be welcomed.

Thank you,
 Pascal
