Restrict access to inbox sub-folders?

Any ideas on this? I want to share out an inbox, but not it's sub-folders. Ie. A user can only see the actual inbox folder, and not the sub-folders.

You should be able to permission individual folders by just right-cicking and choosing "sharing".
If you are opening an Exchange mailbox using "Open these additional mailboxes" you would also need to see the top of the folder structure.

There are a few places to set the permissions; at the inbox level, the sub-folders and on the exchange server.
I have tried various combinations, but can only get the whole mailbox and all folders showing. Can you give me tips on exactly what permissions to set and where?
