SQL Server Agent errors in Error log

We are on SQL 2005 SP1 on Windows 2003 SP1 environment.  Since installation and establishment of SQL mail we constantly get these error messages in the SQL Server Agent error log.  I googled and the only thing I can find is for the version prior the 'go live' of SQL 2005.
