Schedule it to run internet explorer with the url to the aspx page as a command line argument:

iexplore.exe "http://www.google.com"

That doesn't open the page and leave it open right?

That would leave the page open.  You could configure the job to end the task after a certain period.

You might also be able to use the WebBrowser control to navigate to a web page.

Yeah mine would leave the page open. If you didn't want the page to open, you'd need to write a standalone application that either makes a web service call to do what you want to achieve by opening the aspx or use a HttpRequest object within your standalone windows app.

Can you point me in the right direction for a Web Service calll?  I'll award the points for the original question in any case.
