SalesLogix Architect- Crystal Reports

I am developing a simple Crystal Report in SalesLogix Architect. When I add a view and pull any field on the report it gives the following error: "No rowset was returned for this table, query, or procedure."

Even if I just click Browse Field it gives the mentioned error.

More details:
The report has only 2 tables, Account (which is automatically added when using Architect) and a view.
SalesLogix version: 6.2 and Crystal version: 8.5

I'm not familiar with SalesLogix - is Crystal built in with it or are you using an external version of Crystal?  It sounds like it may be a database driver error - that's typically the case when you get an error like this when browsing a field in Crystal.  As a general guide I'd make sure you db driver is up to date and make sure you have all of the service packs for CR8.5 applied.
