Migrate IMAP mail to Exchange 2007

I need to migrate IMAP mailbox's to Exchange 2007.

How can I do this?  I know how to in Exchange 2003, but unfortunatley, this is a 2007 only shop.

Thanks.

With Exchange 2007 your only option is to import through Outlook. SO you would need to extract the content to a PST file, then configure Outlook to connect to Exchange, then import through Outlook. It isn't very fast, but it is the only option available at this time.

Thanks to all who replied. We have 100 mailboxes to do and Outlook is not used by any (Horde is web based). Therefore the pst solution could be a bit long winded. However we may have to resort it if we can't find another way. If we do devise a more efficient method I will be sure to post it.

PS Not sure how this question got registered as having an accepted solution, must be my 'newbyness'
