Thanks to all who replied. We have 100 mailboxes to do and Outlook is not used by any (Horde is web based). Therefore the pst solution could be a bit long winded. However we may have to resort it if we can't find another way. If we do devise a more efficient method I will be sure to post it. <br />

PS Not sure how this question got registered as having an accepted solution, must be my 'newbyness'
