One of our people using outlook 2007 sent a task to someone using outlook 2002 or 2003, not sure which. Anyway, they can't open the email but they also can't delete the email. Nothing shows in the preview pane for the message. I tried turning off the preview pane and then deleting it. The error is coming up &quot;&nbsp;Outlook cannot do this action on this type of attachment &quot;&nbsp;. Don't know what kind of info I should post to help make this understandable so just ask questions.<br />
