FTP from AS400 to PC Server conncection closed

I keep recieving this message when I try to ftp a file from the AS400 to the PC server.
What causes the connection to close? This was working earlier in the day?
125 Data connection already open; Transfer starting.
426 Connection closed; transfer aborted.
