SNMPv3 on LaserJet 3800n

I've been assigned the task of locking down our Color LaserJets 3800n's.  I want to start with using SNMPv3.  Can someone tell me how to enable and configure SNMPv3?

I would start by putting th IP address of the printer in a web browser and looking at the configuration pages.
