How do I include the .net run time as part of my installation package so that users don't have to find it and download it from the web.

Hi, I'm using vs2005, .net 2 for a windows application.  I would like to include the .net run time as part of my installation package so that users don't have to find it and download it from the web.
1.  Do I just include this in the Setup Project's File System?
2.  How do I configure this so when the target machine needs to install it during installation it will fetch it and run this from the installation CD or folder?
Thank you.
