Domain password change through web browser

Does anyone know where to get a utility that allows you to change doamin account password on a web browser? An example is at https://somowa.medschool.ucsf.edu/IISADMPWD/aexp2b.htr.

Thanks for the reply. I looked at the codes and also the comments. It didn't seem to be readily workable. It might work with a little tweaking in the code, I am not a coder of course, otherwise I would not have posed that question.

Would you know a readily portable utility for that? I tried IISADMPWD virutal directory thing that came with IIS 6.0, it didn't work either.

Thank you both for the helpful inputs. I was finally able to get it set with IISADMPWD virtual directory thing. What happened was that IIS 6.0 disabled asp script by default, I simply has to enable it.
