What does message tracking show?

http://www.amset.info/exchange/message-tracking.asp

As the recipient, it is difficult for you to troubleshoot.

Nothing shows up on message tracking pertaining to the trouble domain.

The above log was the only trace I was able to find.
Hmmmm,

If it isn't in message tracking, exchange doesn't know about it.

Do you have anti-virus or anti-spam on your server?  Does that have any logs?

Actually it did make it to the exchange server, the log above came from my SMTP log.
When I use Message Tracking Center to put the recipient(my user) as a search criteria...shows up a lot of email she received but of course will not show include the ones rejected.
The error 550 5.7.1 refers to relay, probably misconfiguration on client.

Checked the log on anti-spam does not show in there, the sending domain is also in the white list.

Did some more testing and turns out that only one user from the sending domain is being refused, others are getting in. It is a misconfiguration on the email client side. Incoming/Outgoing mail server info is incorrect.
