Win2k3 Server Password Recovery

We have lost a password to our Windows 2k3 Server, does anyone know how it can be recovered without having to reinstall OS?

    Google a program called ERD Commander

    However, if you had a domain structure on it, you will have to press F8 during load and select directory recovery mode and reset it from there. (but you would have to know the directory recovery mode password.)
