how to convert the Class diagram into ERD diagram?

Dear all,
I am confused the relationship between the class diagram and the ERD diagram.

I have designed the class diagram complete with the classes, interface, enumeration, multiplicity, etc2. but how to convert it into an ERD diagram?

I looked for lots of books about this issue but couldnt find help. any suggestion on what link/books to read?
