I'm facing problem in upgrading an officescan client (TrendMicro AV for enterprise) from ver 7.3 to ver 8.0
I'm trying uninstall the client, then reinstall it, but this process failed and a window appears with the following message :
" Unable to launch uninstallation program. Uninstallation aborted"
Is this due to windows or because something in TrendMicro agent ?
