I can't uninstall AntiVirus agent

Dear ,,,
I'm facing problem in upgrading an officescan client (TrendMicro AV for enterprise) from ver 7.3 to ver 8.0
I'm trying uninstall the client, then reinstall it, but this process failed and a window appears with the following message :
" Unable to launch uninstallation program. Uninstallation aborted"
Is this due to windows or because something in TrendMicro agent ?

Could be any kind of reason, lost uninstall.exe, corrupt log file...

Have a look at:

Dear,
I can't find this tool (TAVtool.exe), moreover no folder as : Trend Micro AntiVirus 2007  which mentioned in the solution provided.
Be recognize that the problem not related to home user (like PC-Cillen), the problem is regarding to Enterprise solution, server with connected clients.

This requires regedit, so back up your registry before proceeding

It is solved due to software restriction from group policy at Active Directory.
