Internet filtering / site blocking software

I'm looking for some windows internet browsing filter / blocking software that will block everything as default and I can add sites to are allowed. All the software i've managed to find work the other way around giving access to everything only blocking the sites I specify.

Anyone know if such software exists?

You could just add access list to your router, depending on what router you have. Is this a home, small office or enterprise. Websense will do what you are looking for but is expensive and geared toward the enterprise.

Thanks for your reply. I've though about using an access list in the router but that would restrict other pcs on the network. What I need is something to install on a specific pc so access is restricted just to that machine.

I need this for a home network and don't really want to spend a great deal. I just need to keep my wife (at her request) off shopping sites :) As there are so many shopping sites and all she needs or wants access to is her online banking is to block everything and just allow the banks site.

Things I have to do!! :P

Any other ideas?
