Hi fsze88,

The Ultimate Boot CD for Windows (http://www.ubcd4win.com/) includes a number of AV and anti-spyware programs you can run from a bootable CD.
(Click on the list of tools link on that web page)

However, the problem you face with a CD is that you need to keep updating the definition files frequently, so you have to burn a new CD each time. This becomes impractical to do on a regular basis.

On balance you're probably better off with the programs residing on your C: drive. But the UBCDwin is still very very useful for special cases.

You are very welcome, glad to help :)

However, this may not be a complete answer, because I notice you wanted something that "Everytime scans hard disk before booting up". As far as I know, that is not possible from a CD. But you can certainly arrange to have the system run an AV and anti-spyware scan automatically on each reboot - from the C: drive.

The problem with this is that the user may get annoyed having to wait several minutes after each reboot. The better (or at least more common) approach is to schedule a scan during the night after midnight, assuming the machine is to be left on at night.

never mind, ever spend several minutes on booting window system.
stable is very important for me, that's is my purpose.
I will startup every stuff machine half an hour before they are arrival.

Sorry I was very busy last couple of days, but I meant to post that with most AV programs you can schedule them to start automatically each time you restart the system (from the C: drive). That might come close to meeting your requirements.

Good luck.
