Release Outlook Address book from Access Table

I have an outlook table linked to my Access Database.  How do I release the table from by Access Database.  I don't want to delete it just release (unlink) it.

    If you have linked tables in Access, just delete it from the Access UI.  That action deletes
    the **link**, not the underlying data.

    In Access, all you can do is right click the table and Delete it.  This will delete the link in Access, and NOT the actual data table in Outlook.
