Free/Busy not available for Outlook 2003 under Exchange 2007

We have a new Exchange 2007 installation.  It has not upgraded an existing 2003 install, although there was a test version of 2003 installed on teh domain at one point, but then removed.
All seems to be workign o.k. except Free/Busy on Outlook 2003 and Entourgae 2004 which I belive to use the Public Folder Store.  No matter how I share a room or users calendar, their Free/Busy info will not show up on the 2003/2004 clients.  It works fine in OWA, and I am about to try a 2007 client install as a test too.  There don't seem to be any errors anywhere on the server, but the info is just not available at the client end when checked under the Secheduling tab.  It just shows as hatched lines for everyone but myself,
Any ideas gratfully received.

Yes, the Outlook 2003 clients use public folders to access free busy info......

Yep.  Public Folders setup on install when asked wether using Outlook 2003 Clients or not.  Do I need to add a specific folder for Free/Busy use?
free busy is under the sysetm folders....
Is all free busy missing form OL2003 clients?

How do I see them?  They don't show up under Outlook 2003 or 2007?

autodiscover seems to work fine, but I need to check to be sure.  The systemfolders dont; show up is what I meant.  Free/Busy shows fine for Outlook 2007, just not for 2003.  Also works fine in OWA.

Oh, and the link fails.
The site is up... that is hosted by Google :P so it should work

download pfdev admin or do you have a2003 server around else you will have to manage pf's from command line

Ahahhh.  Realised something by a fluke I guess.  The Free/Busy wasn't showing up until at least one appointment had been made in peoples calendars.  I sent an app to everyone, and low and behold it seems to be workign now.  Thanks for your help
