Outlook locks up after clicking on a meeting request

Hello everyone,

One of the users I support is experiencing a problem with Outllok 2003 in that when they try to click on a meeting request it looks up Outlook.  It doesn't happen all the time but will be sporadic.  I can open the meeting request on my computer just fine.  I have recreated the Outlook profile, reinstalled Outlook, check out on the MS updates.  It will happen again like a month later.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I would appreciate your feedback.  Thanks.

Thanks for your response abaria.  So I would run those switches at the command prompt?

No, just go to start and run.  In the run dialouge box, type outlook  /cleanfreebusy.  Close outlook and follow the same steps with the other two switches.
