URGENT - CODE PROBLEM - Please Help!

Hi all,

I've got a problem with the code below. After I click the checkbox several times I get an Access Violation Error.

See code below:

procedure TCPanelFrm.CheckBox2Click(Sender: TObject);
begin
If CheckBox2.Checked then
begin
MSNFrm1.Constraints.MaxHeight:=(503);
MSNFrm1.Align:=(alLeft);
MSNFrm1.show;
end
else
If MSNFrm1 <> nil then
MSNFrm1.Close;

end;

end.
