Wow, that's quite a plan.  If I were you, I would back off trying to give each team member a major job.  What you will find is that instead of making your jobs easier, you will actually make life much more difficult.  Each of these programs takes administration, care, updates, and fixes.  Trying to deploy eight programs at once will make even more of a mess, since they may conflict with each other.  The learning curve on each of these is also quite large.

I would suggest that instead of doing these major steps (except maybe SUS), find the issues that you are spending time on.  Prioritize by severity and time taken per week.  Then find out which issues can be addressed the simplest and easiest.  While it may seem like you should do the ones that take the most time first, it will usually benefit you more to do the easy things first.

Here are a few ideas I have done for customers:
    1. Defrag script - this can clean up some slowness on servers
    2. Event log consolidation tool - see all the events in one place so that you can fix system-wide issues
    3. Task scripting - Account creation, password reset, printer install, etc.

Get creative.  These small fixes can save you some valuable time.  In the meantime, work on one large "fix" at a time (SMS, MOM, Tripwire, etc.).  If you have time, put the rest of your team on the project.  Plan it out extensively and make sure that you are ready for the change before you implement.
