Don't ask why

Is it possible to change a setting on the SBS 2003 server so that when it is shutdown unexpectedly (power failure, etc) it doesnt ask why it was shutdown when it restarts?

The following will disable the event tracker on shut down. I haven't tried it, but I suspect it will disable on re-boot.
