MS CRM is getting much better but SalesLogix still has it beat. &nbsp;Reports by Gartner, destination CRM, etc support this.<br />

If you already own SalesLogix you should take a look at the new version (7.2). &nbsp;Also, the new web version should be out in a few months. &nbsp;You probably could get a beta.<br />

Are there specific complaints about SalesLoigx? &nbsp;I wouldn't want to reinvest in new license costs and face the re-deployment and database conversion for a product that still is not &quot;best in class&quot;.<br />
