              type="System.Web.Security.SqlMembershipProvider, System.Web, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a"
          connectionStringName="LocalSqlServer"
          enablePasswordRetrieval="false"
          enablePasswordReset="true"
          requiresQuestionAndAnswer="false"

          applicationName="/"
          requiresUniqueEmail="false"
          passwordFormat="Hashed"
          maxInvalidPasswordAttempts="5"
          minRequiredPasswordLength="7"
          minRequiredNonalphanumericCharacters="1"

Look in the Windows registry for something like this:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.2
(Default)     REG_SZ      SQLEXPRESS

That is the Cassini personal web server that is used on the development side, so that you don't have to have IIS installed on the development machine.

I open asp.net configuration and created a user.
I added a login control to a page.
I use the user name that I created when I try to log in.
Thanks
