Outlook Image Display Problems
Outlook - images in email sent or received often come through blank with the box in the upper left hand corner with a red X. Right clicking on the box does not give me any option to display the image. However, when I respond to the email received or forward the email I sent, the image appears.

Check the email format.
Image could be with the email or reference on a link
If using Outlook 2003, images may be blocked.
